SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Standard Postage:
Melbourne: up to 5 business days
Regional Australia: up to 1 week
Express Postage:
Within Australia: 1-2 business days
Standard International delivery: Up to 15-20 business days (via Aus Post)
Express International deliveries: Up to 7 business days (via Aus Post)
The cost for postage within Australia for boxed invitation orders is a flat fee of $25. 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
We do not offer returns once your items have been printed. However we have flexibility depending how far along we are in the order process.
1. We will refund your order in full if no design work has commenced.
2. If artwork has commenced, but you want to cancel the order prior to printing: We will refund 50% of your order.
3. After artwork has been approved by you your items are at the printers, we unfortunately cannot refund your order.
4. ra&co.design will not be held liable for any errors with the printed artwork that was approved by the client. If a reprint of the artwork is required due to client error, the cost associated with the reprints must be covered by the client.

COPYRIGHT:
All designs on this site are the sole property of ra&co.design and are covered by copyright.
They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of ra&co.design. Any breach of copyright will be pursued. 

ra&co.design reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by ra&co.design for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, ra&co.design reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

PROOF:
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you can expect to receive an emailed proof of your design. It is crucial that you review this proof meticulously for any errors or desired alterations. If there are any changes you would like to make, kindly inform us at this stage. You are entitled to two rounds of changes as part of our service. However, if your proof necessitates additional modifications beyond this, a fee of $30 will be incurred for each subsequent round of changes. This fee must be settled prior to the completion of your artwork. Following your review and approval of the proof, we will request an approval email from you, granting us permission to proceed with sending your artwork for printing. Please ensure you thoroughly examine your proof upon receipt to ensure its accuracy.

ERROR:
ra&co.design cannot be held liable for any errors discovered after the proofs have been authorised by the client. Any modifications requested after approval and commencement of the printing process will result in an additional fee. Please promptly inform ra&co.design if you identify any errors on your stationery upon recipet. In the event that errors are identified after approval, which deviate from the approved artwork, your order will be rectified, printed, and delivered at no cost to you. However, if the errors are a result of client oversight after proof approval, the reprint will be done at the client's expense. The reprint will be scheduled in the print queue upon second approval and will not receive preferential treatment over other customer orders if the client is at fault.

TIMING AND DELIVERY:
Upon receiving your order/payment and specifications, our team promptly initiates the design process. Please allocate 48 hours from the moment you place your order to when you receive the proof via email. Once you are satisfied with the emailed proof, we will request your approval to proceed with printing. After you have provided us with your confirmation, indicating that the artwork is accurate, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for printing, assembly, and delivery (depending on the chosen printing method). If you require a faster delivery time, kindly inform us, and we will make every effort to meet your deadline. During peak periods, when our workload increases significantly, the completion of an order may take up to 6 weeks. To avoid any potential stress caused by extended lead times, we recommend placing your stationery order at least 6-8 weeks in advance of your intended mail-out date.
